Based on detailed space measurements and approval of the price quote, we start custom manufacturing. We produce aluminum structures directly in our manufacturing facilities, ensuring on-time delivery and continuity in the manufacturing process.
Step 3: Special Surface Treatment
After manufacturing, the next step is painting. The primary purpose of painting is to ensure the material surface lasts long and is resistant to external influences. Typically, we paint all aluminum structures with a special exterior coating with a color stability guarantee of up to 10 years. Basic color options like anthracite, brown, white, and gray are included in the price. If you desire a different color, we can apply it for an additional charge. We believe that the painting process is as important as the production or installation itself. Each production stage contributes to the puzzle, resulting in a quality winter garden.
Step 4: Installation
We come prepared for every installation. Because we have our own manufacturing facilities, it never happens that we need to cut or modify something at your place. Our installation teams work responsibly, aiming to construct quality winter gardens in the shortest time possible.
